I have experience in Sport Massage, facial and neck neuromuscular and lymphatic drainage, Cranial Sacral I, Active Isolated Stretch, and Hot Stone Massage. My therapy will help breakdown adhesion, reduce edema, acute and chronic tightness, break down of chronic scar tissues from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, repetitive actions from sports and work related. I am a certified Active Release Techniques Provider. ART helps increases flexibility, stability, strains and sprains. ART is a tedious soft tissue manipulation that helps muscles, tendons and ligaments.
