I graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health’s Massage Therapy/Esthetic program, was named Cum Laude to Yale Gordon College Dean’s list from the University of Baltimore Undergraduate Psychology School, became a certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a certified Laughing Yoga Instructor from Dr. Kataria’s School of Laughter Yoga. During my education I was an active member of Omicron Delta Kappa, Phi Theta Kappa, Psi Chi, Sigma Alpha Pi and was a National Forensic League Finalist in Speech/Debate. I volunteered at the Touch Therapy Research Institute of the University Of Miami School Of Medicine massaging Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Fibromayalgia Syndrome, Depressed Pregnancy, Chronic Fatigue, & Electroencephalograph (EEG) studies. I also taught massage to Jackson Memorial Resident Physicians & Florida International University Masters level Nurses while conducting wellness center programs on dietary choices for diabetics. I have given back to the community by donating 80 hours of chair massage to the Wellness Program at Motorola and gave free massages to Swimming Hall of Fame events while my sister was a competitor in Junior Olympics. My hospitality experience includes employment at Eden Roc/Nobu, Fontainebleau, Ritz Carlton, Turf Valley Maryland Resort, Loews Annapolis Hotel, Epic, Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom, Coronado Springs, Boardwalk Beach & Yacht Club Resorts, the Contemporary and Wilderness Lodge.
