My interest for the health and wellness field began when I studied and graduated with my bachelors in Alternative Medicine from Everglades University in 2013.  I continued on to complete a massage therapy program at the Florida School of Natural Health and became a licensed massage therapist in 2015.  For the past 4 years I have been working in a chiropractic office giving deep tissue therapeutic massages, specialized to help decrease pain and improve function.  I also, simultaneously worked in a spa from 2017-2018 providing both deep tissue, Swedish, and hot stone massages.  I have a passion for helping people feel better.  In my spare time I enjoy going on walks with my dog, listening to my husband play guitar, and eating good food.
