Kristine has been a part of the athletic community her whole life. She grew up in Connecticut enjoying gymnastics, dance, and snow skiing at a young age. This passion evolved into playing basketball during her middle and high school years, as well as being a sprinter for her high school track & field team. After a long career in sales, Kristine decided that she wanted to return to her first love of sports and fitness.

In November 2012, Kristine became a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida, joining the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork(NCBMTB). Soon after, she coupled her knowledge of massage with fitness training and became a Certified Fitness Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). In her pursuit to become an even more knowledgeable, well-rounded therapist, Kristine became Internationally Certified as an Infant Massage Teacher and Pediatric Massage Therapist through the Liddle Kidz Foundation and personally trained by founder and director Tina Allen. Kristine is also looking forward to expanding on her training by attending the XPE Core Sports Mentorship program in S.Florida in 2017, working with athletes in the NFL Scouting Combine.

Kristine finds that her passion for working as a therapist with athletes of all levels gives her life balance and the appreciation of knowing that she is using her God-given gift to enrich the lives of others.
