My name is Ismari Torres and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist originally from Chicago, IL, now serving Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Valrico and Central Florida. 

I offer treatments that are distinctly different from a traditional massage that one may receive at a spa. My focus is directed to defining target tissues leading to pain and dysfunction using palpation, observation and a variety of other manual techniques. This allows me to match the proper technique for the specific condition and assess clients for contraindications and possible referrals. 

By emphasizing corrective care, clients receive the maximum benefit of pain relief and restoration of function. My practice concentrates on clinical massage. My training, experience and efforts resolve around delivering highly effective, clinically focused techniques resulting in high client compliance and satisfaction.

October 2019, I volunteered to perform sports massage techniques for the American Cancer Society runner October 2017, I participated in the Chicago Marathon where I performed massage and active release techniques to improve runners muscular/nervous system.

During the summer months of 2018, I had the privilege to work with the Loyola University athletes and coaches to provide relief of muscle tightness.
