Each session will be custiomized to meet the goasl for the sesssion, which you'll discuss during your intake at each appointment.

Holly is great, she really listens to your needs and walks you through anything you don’t know about. She worked on my place of pain for a long time yesterday and today it barely feels like it hurts at all. I shouldn’t have put it off for so long!!! Will be back sooner than later!
