Sandy is excellent at listening to what I need. I love how she is able to find the “hotspots“, and work out the knots in those muscles. I always leave feeling so much better physically, than when I got there.

As a massage therapist therapist myself I have often found it difficult to find a therapist and an establishment I am willing to return to on a regular basis. I have chronic low back pain and in the last year have had some significant flare ups. So I'm so excited that I found Sandy and Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Orlando. Sandy is amazing at what she does. She has gotten me completely out of major flareups and I have noticed long term affects from the work she has been doing. Highly recommend!!
