Each massage session is as unique as the client and can be specified down to the pressure, modality, oil/lotion, aroma, and music. 

Modalities/techniques I incorporate into my therapeutic massages include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point, stretching, cupping, acupressure, reflexology, Microcurrent point stimulation(MPS), and aromatherapy. If you have any questions about these techniques and how they can improve your wellbeing, don't hesitate to ask!

My skill is based on years of studying and teaching anatomy at many levels as well as intuitively listening to the body. Each session will begin with a conversation to address areas of specific tension so as to meet your goals for that session.

Because physical tension and mental stress can diminish our quality of life, massage is important to help give ourselves that time of healing we need. Blood flow and balanced chi in the body are essential for health - movement of the tissues through massage helps establish this.

Edward is very intuitive with issues regarding my recent injury. I had cupping done for the first time on my back and I know it worked since I had much more movement after. His microcurrent stimulation techniques are interesting in a good way. He uses acupressure like spots to alleviate ailments beyond just physical pain. Thank you Edward.

Edward has been my masseur for about six months now. He's awesome! I'm currently pursuing several fitness goals and his varied therapeutic techniques are perfect for helping me recover. It's also important for me to relax after a hectic training/work schedule. In each session, I trust Edward to balance relaxation with recovery.
