Utilizing a variety of modalities, I am able to palpate, assess and apply the appropriate technique needed. I work mainly through intention, intuition, and somatic attunement. Somatic attunement taps into the body's intelligent non-verbal communication system. It is the "listening" and "responding to" what is happening within the physical and energetic bodies, and assists in bringing them back into harmony. 

The physical body is composed of roughly 60-70% water. Water has been scientifically proven to be susceptible to manipulations through sound, touch, vibration and thought. Water is also capable of storing information/memories. The implications for how this effects humans, as beings composed of more than half water, is astronomical. Using this knowledge as a framework in my therapy, healing benefits can be held and experienced for up to four days post treatment, sometimes longer! 

I am also a certified Yoga Instructor, Astrologer & Tarot Card Reader. Offering readings in both Tarot & natal astrology charts, as well as yoga classes & privates.

I enjoy facilitating others' journey of coming home to their own body. The more "in tune" you are with your body, the better you can listen and respond to the signals it sends you. The better you are able to communicate within, the more in balance you become. I look forward to working with you.

The outside of the building was a little concerning but the inside was beautifully appointed. Susan was great and thoroughly explained what she had noticed, what chakras were blocked, and how to open them with gentle concern. Highly recommend.
