Leslie was great, she explained everything along the way and why she was doing certain techniques. Very mush helped me understand why I was having pain and how to prevent it going forward.

Such a lovely experience! Leslie is truly knowledgeable about the way muscles interact within your body, it was really awesome to hear her speak about it during our session. She was very meticulous about feeling for spots of tension and I felt so much lighter and less tight afterwords!!

Leslie is amazing. Honestly the best massage therapist I have seen. She is friendly and knowledgeable. I began seeing improvements after my first visit. the treatment is personalized to my body's needs and she adjusts as needed based on the body response during treatment.
