Richard is professional, knowledgeable, wise and empathetic. He carefully explains what he is 'seeing' as my issue and explains not only how he will relieve the tension in the muscle, but also what I can do to prevent a similar situation in the future. I would give him 6 stars if I could!

I should have found Richard years ago. In only one session, the improvement that Ive felt is indescribable. Its hard to believe how out of order my shoulder has been until now. How was I just living like that and training with really locked up rotator cuff? All I know is RIchard helped me immensely and I intend on seeing him regularly.
