I am proud to offer a unique blend of expertise and patient-centered care for women in all stages of life and health.

After I became a mother I found a passion for working with women during their child bearing years.  I started out as a Birth Doula and breastfeeding Counselor.  As my family's needs changed and grew I began searching for other ways to continue perusing my passion.  I found myself Studying Massage Therapy and quickly fell in love.

As I began working in the massage field I met a multitude of clients in various stages of health and life.  I was drawn to working with clients that were seeking massage for relief from pain or improving their sport preformance.  I find it very rewarding to help my clients reach their goals and improve their health.

As a Massage Therapist I have taken training in many different modalities.  I draw from my experience and training to help my clients reach their health goals.  I tailor each session to the individual needs of my clients. 

​

My training includes; Swedish, Structural Integration, Medical Massage, Sports, Stretching, Lymphatic, and Cupping. I love learning new techniques for helping my clients feel their best.
