My "hands on" is mostly computers and setting appointments.

I am a trained and certified RT(R)(CT) and have worked in mostly hospital settings.  I have now turned my attention to running Tom's Healing Hands.  My goal is to maintain 100% customer satisfaction on my end and assist Tom in day-to-day operations.  His specialty is massage... we love that about him.  So my "hands on" mostly involves computers and paper.
