In my roles as a massage Therapist I apply structured or unstructured pressure, tension, and motion manually to the soft tissues of the body.  In this role I treat clients by discussing their lifestyle, past injuries, weaknesses and their desired outcome. Pre & Post Event Sports Massage:
In this role I devote my energies and expertise to work with sports minded individuals to improve performance and maintain overall health of their bodies with sports massage.

Taylor is amazing! She massages out tight spots I did not know I had. She takes the time to get to know each customer and focuses on helping you feel better. The exercise she showed me is really helping reduce tension between my shoulder blades. I am excited about trying cupping for the first time with her.
