I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 12 years experience.

I’m drawn to helping people find ease and balance in their hectic days, be it through massage therapy, yoga, or guided meditation. I am the mother of a toddler and I feel this helps me to be in tune with the needs of pre and postnatal clients. My massage background is diverse and includes continuing education in myofascial release, Thai massage, prenatal massage, deep tissue and aromatherapy.
