I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2009 when I graduated from Kaplan University in Omaha, NE. I wanted to be part of the healthcare realm and found my niche in massage therapy. I love having the ability to work one on one with my clients. I work hard at customizing each massage to the needs of the client; keeps me wanting to learn more about thethe body and different techniques. 


On a personal note, I am an avid reader, love to bowl, and got back into exercising...

Lisa is the best. I have tried many different massage therapists over the years, and there are a lot of really good ones out there, but the best is Lisa with Take Time for You. The biggest thing is just her focus and the time she spends. A lot of places you go, you will lose 5 minutes of massage on the beginning and the end, that is not the case with Lisa, and believe me, 10 extra minutes is a game-changer.

Lisa is the best massage therapist EVER! I have gone to her weekly for years..... because she is that great & I’m worth it! Thanks to her I can still practice dental hygiene after many years when many of my colleagues have dropped out due to back &neck; issues! She finds knots I didn’t even know I had! She never has hurt me! She is totally dedicated to her profession & you! Thank your blessings if you get to see her!????????????????????
