Craniosacral Therapy

I have taken an introduction class into Cranioscacral Therapy as one of my weekend courses. Craniosacral Therapy. Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch hands-on therapy that enhances the body's natural capacity for healing. For 30 years CST has been shown to be effective in treating a wide range of physiological issues associated with pain and loss of biomechanical, systemic and emotional function/wellbeing.

Swedish

Swedish Massage was the main Technique that is taught to all Massage Therapy Students.Swedish Massage: The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart.

Thai Massage

Introduction into Thai Massage as a weekend course. Traditional Thai massage is a combination of acupressure, reflexology and yogic exercises, or gentle stretching, which manipulates the energy lines and so diminishes tension, stimulates metabolism and creates a feeling of well being and vitality

Myofascial Release

I have had an introduction into Myofascial Release as one of my weekend courses .MYOFASCIAL RELEASE THERAPY is a treatment that involves a mild and gentle form of stretching the fascial connective tissue. When an injury scars or hardens the facia in one area, it can put tension on other areas of the body even some distance from the injured area.

Reiki

Introduction into Reiki as a weekend class , I am currently a level 1 Reiki Healer.Reiki is a very specific form of energy healing, in which hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body, as in “laying on of hands.” and also a use of a crystal to help open blocked chi channels

I damaged my shoulder and really needed help. Sara took on the task and worked diligently to loosen it and help me to and regain movement. After only one visit there was a noticeable difference. I will be back and would highly recommend not only this business but also this Therapist.
