I started my journey as a massage therapist after many years working in the medical profession as an xray technician and medical assistant. Massage has always fascinated me with the mind, body, spirit connection and seeing the amazing healing that can occur when they work together. I enjoy facillitating that connection with my clients and bringing about the healing my clients are seeking.

I am constantly learning new techniques and ways to help my clients return to health faster and with less pain. I tend to incorporate various techniques ensuring each session is tailored to my clients specific needs. 

I have furthered my knowledge by taking continuing education in deep tissue, cranial sacral, Thai massage, Reiki, Reflexology and Swedish massage.

I GET A MASSAGE WITH KRISTIE EVERY 3 WEEKS AND ENJOY EVERY MOMENT EVERY TIME. KRISTIE WILL MASSGE AS LIGHT OR HARD AS YOU LIKE. I LOVE HER DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE . I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYONE AND EVERY ONE TO GIVE IT A TRY. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND I HAVE BEEN SEEING KRISTIE FOR 5 YEARS.

I felt a lot better after the massage and my headache was almost completely gone. By the next day my knots had gone away. I didn't wait like I normally do and one session was all I needed this time! Kristi has a very caring and knowledgeable touch!

I felt like my massage therapist didn't understand how to get knots out, and was too rough even though it was deep tissue. She was very nice though.
