My name is Stephen Steggall, I have been a practicing Massage therapist since October 23, 2013. Since my graduation I have worked tirelessly to provide a therapeutic and relaxing massage for every client. I believe no client should have to feel like pain is an acceptable part of daily living. I approach each client as an individual who needs to be listened to because no one knows your body better than you. My end goal for every client is to have you coming back for relaxing massages or as needed sessions rather than commit you to a regimen for personal profit. I believe it is important to have clients be a part of the session and keeping them informed and answering any and all questions they may have regarding our session. I'm comfortable enough to be honest with clients and say I don't know everything and their will be times of slow progress, however in these times I am willing to ask questions and seek out new knowledge with the intent to help and possibly return clients to a normal lifestyle. Massage Therapy is not just a career for me, Massage therapy is my passion.

Massage Therapy
One of the most requested type of work people ask of us. I look to combine a number of techniques I have learned over the years to achieve the desired result of each client. Often ranging from Relaxing to Therapeutic and sometimes more focused work on targeted areas with a little relaxation on non-problem areas. Some of these techniques are not the most comfortable and I encourage clients to keep open communication as to tell me if they need more or less pressure at any time during our session. Deep tissue is not about how tough someone is nor is it a competition. The pressure should be within the clients range of comfort and safe ranges of pressure for the area of tissue work. These techniques include but are not limited to: > Myofascial Release >Accupresure >Trigger point Therapy >Active and/or Passive Stretching >Full Body Stretch Sessions >Hot Stone Massage
Since the start of my career I have tirelessly been working with clients who are experiencing bodily injury due to Herniated or Bulging Disks or even Scoliosis. I have also been working with clients who have connective tissue disorders or other diseases like Fibromyalgia, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Spina Bifida, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and Lymphedema. I can graciously say that with great success many of my clients have been able to return to a normal lifestyle without the fear of recurring pain or new injuries devastating them as they once did. The time it takes is a personal matter for each client and some heal faster or slower than others. I won't say I can fix you in some made up number of sessions, I will be honest and I will provide you as much at home self care tips to maintain our progress at the end of each session so we can keep moving you forward. If I can't help a client for whatever reason I will try to find out how to or try to refer you to someone who can.

For clients looking to unwind, relax, or just take a nap, they often ask for Swedish or Relaxing Massages, Swedish Massage actually dose focus on returning blood flow and lymph fluids to the heart through lighter to moderate pressure techniques. Relaxing Massages are pretty much dependent on what the each individual client prefers or finds comfortable. I want to and enjoy customizing any combination of techniques to suit each clients individual needs at the time of each session.
