I first became interested in massage therapy as a student athletic trainer for Gretna High School. I first became interested in massage therapy as a student athletic trainer for Gretna High School. I did not originally attend college for massage therapy, because I was told by others that massage therapy was not a career! However, after two years of classes, I finally decided to pursue massage therapy anyway! I instantly fell in love with massage therapy and finished with honors at the Omaha School of Massage and Healthcare.
I have been practicing massage therapy since graduating from OSMHC in the Spring of 2010.
After working with Essentials Natural Family Health for four years, I have decided to venture out on my own. I am practicing in my own space this spring (May 2017).
I incorporate many different techniques/modalities into each session and no two massages are exactly the same! I often include Thai stretches on the table, cupping, fascial work, warm bamboo, seated neck work and stretches, side lying massage and trigger point work. These variations, and more, are used depending on your requests and/or needs. I do not use all of these techniques in one session!
I currently live in Omaha with my amazing family. I enjoy movies, weightlifting, kickboxing, target shooting, gardening and the outdoors. I strive for total body health and wellness, small changes over time have been the most beneficial. I competed in my first Fitness show in the spring of 2015 where I placed 2nd and 3rd place.
***I enhance each session with the use of Young Living essential oils. Client permission is always obtained before application.
I look forward to meeting and working with you!
Many blessings and don't forget to Love Your Body!
