Kristina is a graduate from Universal College of Healing Arts. She specializes in sports massage therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, and coming in 2022 Ashiatsu massage. She really enjoys helping her clients maintain their performance levels, as well as getting them back to their activity of choice, if they have sustained an injury. She is most happy when her clients feel like they are able to move efficiently, perform at their best level, and feel refreshed and relaxed, after their massage appointments.
Kristina started her exploration in the wellness field with becoming a running coach. After several years of contemplating becoming a massage therapist, she finally took the plunge in May of 2017. She had started going to a massage therapist years ago, to help with her own running performance. Not too long after, she began seeing the benefits massage allotted her, so she started toying around with the idea that she should become a massage therapist. In her free time, Kristina can be found enjoying the trails, creating training plans for an upcoming race, or being outdoors with her family.
