After more than 15 years, I still love what I do! I have found few things more rewarding than being a part of another person's healing path, whether that be on an individual basis or through developing and delivering programs and classes to the community.  As an occupational therapist and a massage therapist, I bring an extensive background in bodywork and rehabilitation settings as well as research and program development experience. I am able to draw from a wide variety of skills and tools in order to most effectively meet my clients where they are on their healing path. Trainings include Swedish, Deep-Tissue, myofascial release, CranioSacral Therapy, orthopedic massage, and Somatic Experiencing.
