After more than 15 years, I still love what I do! I have found few things more rewarding than being a part of another person's healing path, whether that be on an individual basis or through developing and delivering programs and classes to the community.  As an occupational therapist and a massage therapist, I bring an extensive background in bodywork and rehabilitation settings as well as research and program development experience. I am able to draw from a wide variety of skills and tools in order to most effectively meet my clients where they are on their healing path. Trainings include Swedish, Deep-Tissue, myofascial release, CranioSacral Therapy, orthopedic massage, and Somatic Experiencing.

I appreciate the personal one-on-one approach to what one needs or would like in terms of overall wellness, therapeutic approach physically, emotionally or improving your spirits. Selena has an intuitive approach and offers specialty techniques I have not found in other places. Her decades of experience, her demeanor and professionalism make you feel well-cared for. Her touch is healing.

Selena is very attuned to the specifics of your body. She really personalizes her massage so the you get the fullest benefits! She's thoughtful and caring and so accomplished as a massage therapist but even much more than that! I highly recommend her!

I had a deep tissue massage with no discomfort or pain. I felt that all of my sore places were thoroughly cared for and my whole body felt better when she finished.
