Christopher knows how to find the "hot spots" that need work. You will have to deal with a bit of "pain" while he works thinks out but you can't work scar tissue out by being too soft on the area. My back actually felt warm on the way home to the point I thought my heated seats were on. My shoulder and lower back felt better the next day and I expect things will improve in a day or two. I plan on a follow up visit at some point.
