Hot Stone Massage Teacher

Working at Massage Envy for 7 years, I became an appointed teacher for all the new hires for Hot Stone massage. Its really like getting an extended massage with hands and warmed stones as well as a "thermal blanket" of stones on the back when client is face down, and on the sternum when the client is face up. It allows for a delightful experience to be warm and cozy... and just melt all the stress away as the muscles just relax and unwind for 90 minutes.

Working with the patients at the Chiropractor's office, the Rub Club was my first professional shot at being a massage therapist after graduating from Massage School. I learned a little something about Hot Stones before coming to his practice, but for the most part "The Rub Club" was a program designed to help the existing practice have a place to relax, get adjusted after a soothing massage, or get a refreshing massage after the adjustment was completed. Either way, massage therapy was a very helpful compliment to chiropractic care for all patients- new and existing patients... as well as introducing the practice to the neighborhood at varied Chair and Table events during a community health fair.
