My techniques include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, hot & cold therapies & stretching as needed.

Very knowledgeable and helpful about muscle groups, reasons for tension, and solutions to help feel better! The massage itself was fantastic! I gave one less star on ambiance due to the noise coming from the other side of the wall from who she shares the building with I assume. It wasn’t a deal breaker for me, I still highly recommended!
