You are complex: Feeling better can be simple.

When I trained at the Mayo Clinic, I saw first hand what skilled massage therapy can do in the face of serious illness or injury.

I specialize in working with people with cancer, fibromyalgia, and other serious or complex conditions ...
and just about everybody else.

Science provides the basis for my treatments, but intuition is my secret superpower.
Most of my clients ask me, "How did you know???"
I listen.
I listen to your words, to your muscles, and to your body's reaction to pressure, touch,...

REVIEWS for my Bodywork or Coaching services

For the first time in longer than I can remember my neck was not so stiff my head hurt. Kate knew exactly how to release more tension than I thought was possible. Ahhhh! Oh how I wish I could do this every week!

I really appreciated how Kate initiated the massage with a reminder that I had no responsibilities or obligations over the next hour while receiving my massage. I think it really gives people permission to take an hour for themselves and sink into the relaxation of the massage. I also perceived the environment to be very safe, accepting, and secure.

My feet were very happy to have the extra attention.

So peaceful. Kate doesn’t chit chat but uses her energy to keep continuous focus on the parts of the body that need the most work. Of all of the massage therapists I have ever had, she is by far the most skilled. Worth every penny.
