CranioSacral Therapy is done while you lie fully clothed on a massage table while I hold places on your body and allow the fascia and restrictions to fully release. CranioSacral Therapy is based on what you need for that day and your body is given the space and time to comfortably release restrictions and whatever else may be causing discomfort. I help clients who experience pain in their heads, necks, backs, or hips. Releasing tension in one area of the body can have profound effects on helping tension release in other areas as well. 

I can also add massage techniques, warm stones, cupping therapy, myofascial and stretching techniques to sessions to help with the releases and to help you feel better.
