Cheryl has nearly two decades of experience specializing in chronic pain and rehabilitation.  If you have headaches, neck and shoulder, TMJD, low back, sciatic, or plantar facaitis pain, Cheryl has the education, training, and experience to help you.  She is a graduate and former faculty member of the Colorado School of Healing Arts (recognized as one of the leading massage schools in the nation).  In addition, she has an Associates Degree with majors in Health Science and Fine Arts, as well as a strong background in fitness, nutrition, and sports medicine..  Cheryl is continually doing research and seeking additional advanced training in order to provide you with the best quality of care.  Cheryl is a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals).   She also has decades of volunteer experience providing assistance to individuals facing various challenges in life and brings this experience "to the table" with her professional and caring touch.

CHERYL ALWAYS ADDRESSES MY ISSUES WITH MY LOWER BACK PAIN. SOMETIMES I LEAVE FEELING LIKE I JUST NEED TO GO TO BED AND THE NEXT DAY I FEEL GREAT AGAIN. I FEEL SO GOOD, I DON'T GO BACK FOR 2 WEEKS. I JUST DON'T KNOW HOW I WOULD FUNCTION ON A DAILY BASIS WITHOUT CHERYL'S MASSAGES.
