With this collaboration of techniques, my focus is to elongate tissues and to reduce inflammation. I have witnessed amazing results with this blend in cases of reduced range of motion, pain and inflammation, and imbalanced stance and gait.

ReAL Salt Lake- Intern Massage Therapist 2013

While still in massage school, I had the amazing opportunity to intern as a massage therapist with ReAL Salt Lake Soccer Team. Their massage team was lead by a renowned therapist who taught us, through one on one lessons, sport massage techniques that he used with the athletes. We practiced his techniques hands on with the players, from concussions to muscle sprains and everything in between.

Reviewed all my needs, asked the right amount of questions to make sure I had a good experience, was quiet during the massage, wonderful atmosphere, very skilled, and I trusted her recommendations. I was sad to learn that my schedule and hers don’t match at this time for future visits, but she had excellent things to say about her colleagues, and recommendations for best fit.
