In 2014, I was introduced to Foot Zoning and certified with Nordblom American Institute of FootZonology. Found my way to Rishikesh, India for certifying in Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training and Reiki I & II. Integrating what I had learned as a Paramedic and the importance of maintaining health before it reaches emergency status, I attended Aloha Massage Academy in 2017 on the magical Big Island of Hawaii. Not only do beautiful places help heal, serendipitously lead me to an opportunity to train under John F. Barnes and certify in his Myofascial Release Approach. It has forever changed my life and the life of my clients. I love supporting individuals on their journey for wholeness and believe bodywork can encourage and strengthen well-being so you can live your best life! It is refreshing to be amidst the charming space Grounded Soul Wellness has established and be back aside the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains.

Janese was wonderful. I immediately felt comfortable and at ease with her. This was my first myofascial release and it was the first time in almost 2 years I was able to breathe without struggling. I felt some relief from my constant pain almost immediately. While the pain and breath struggle isn't gone, it was wonderful to feel a bit like my old self, if even for an hour. I will definitely booking another session. Thank you Janese!
