I grew up in Colorado. My family moved to Utah where I finished high school. All growing up I knew I wanted to do something that would help others, but I didn't know what exactly. It wasn't until after I had kids that I figured out what I wanted to do and how I can help others.

I grew up in Colorado. My family moved to Utah where I finished high school. All growing up I knew I wanted to do something that would help others, but I didn't know what exactly. It wasn't until after I had kids that I figured out what I wanted to do and how I can help others.

I decided to become a Massage Therapist. I attended Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2013. After graduating, I decided to continue with the Master Bodyworker Program and graduated in 2014. During my studies, I was drawn to deep tissue and energy work. I became a Reiki Master in December 2018.

I am excited to combine bodywork and Reiki to help my clients process and release on the physical, mental and spiritual levels!

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband Troy and our three kids. Our dogs and cats keep us entertained and our home full of love. As a family, we enjoy spending our time outdoors. During the summer we enjoy camping and fishing as much as possible.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I made my appointment. I felt from the time I entered the office, the atmosphere, and peace and comfort that I felt was overwhelming. The ambience was a 5 star for sure. The professionalism I would give a five star rating as I was guided and and made aware of feelings and emotions that I did not know were something I needed to face. I feel that the skill, was a five star, only I was wishing that this session could have lasted much longer. I feel that my overall experience at Enpowered Bodywork was relaxing, informative, rejuvenating, and just wonderful. I left wanting to come back as soon as I could for more. I will definitely come back and give this business and thumbs up and 5 star rating!

Becky is amazing, she knows exactly what your body needs even when you don't. She can read your pressure and sense where you're holding your stress in order to relieve it. The essential oils take the massage to an entirely different level of relaxation. Highly recommend.
