In addition to massage I am a certified yoga instructor and Bach Flower practitioner.  I believe the mental, physical, spiritual are all connected. I offer private yoga sessions for those who are interested in taking a yoga class but would like some private instruction first.  Bach Flowers have been around since the early 1900’s, they are comprised of 38 different remedies derived from the energy of specific flowers in full bloom.  Each flower remedie provides vibrational healing energy for a variety of emotional states.
In my personal time I enjoy meditating, playing Pickleball, walking our dog Godiva and hanging out with family.
