Hi! My name is Dara and I am a USMC Veteran, Holistic Health Practitioner, and chronic pain specialist that focuses on providing trauma informed care. I provide quality, therapeutic bodywork with healing energy through a wide spectrum of modalities focused on your specific needs- I’m able to meet you exactly where you’re at. 

Each session is individualized to address acute and chronic soft tissue concerns, pain management, calming the nervous system, injury recovery, prevention and biomechanical maintenance. The techniques I combine to provide effective bodywork are Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Sports Massage (tune up, maintenance, rehab, pre event and post event), Cupping Therapy, PNF stretching. I offer Prenatal, Migraine Miracle cold stone, and Lymphatic Drainage massage, as well as Craniosacral Therapy for relaxation as well.

I have over 20 years of experience working with sensitive populations, i.e., individuals suffering from severe depression, PTSD, traumatic brain injury (TBI) and other serious injuries. My goal is to achieve fast and enhanced healing, to get you feeling better in the shortest time possible. I do this for the mind and body.

Misalignment in the body causes certain muscles to work harder than they’re supposed to. Some muscles are underused or overused due to pain, so the body naturally compensates by moving in a way to avoid that pain. Your body is constantly working to keep you thriving and functioning, and I’m here to help facilitate its innate ability to heal itself, which in turn helps your mental health.

When I’m not working, I enjoy teaching, cooking, and spending time with my partner and our two bulldogs, Daisy and Banner.
