“Nurturing yourself is not selfish – it’s essential to your survival and your well-being.” ~Renee Peterson Trudeau

I was first introduced to massage therapy when I was in a car accident in high school. Right then I knew what I wanted to be when I grew up. Even after years of practicing massage I am constantly amazed at the power of human touch and the body's self healing capabilities. I love to help empower clients to take charge of their health and well being.

My education includes an Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy and a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Wellness. My next step is to become a Certified Aromatherapist. I have worked in a Chiropractic office, a nail salon, and in private settings. I enjoy working in my own practice so that I am able to spend the time I need with each of my clients.
