I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1997. Having focused on rehabilitation and injury for 15 of those years, I’ve learned affective ways to reduce the effects that stress, injury that lifestyle have on the body.

In addition I have certifications in Advanced Food Healing, Herbolology and is a certified Holist Health Coach by Institute for Integrated Nutrition in NY.
In my spare time I grow and teach how to grow microgreens and sprouts.

I volunteered as a therapist to document the Effects of massage on: Breast Cancer, Carpal Tunnel syndrome, Hypertension, Pregnancy, Multiple Sclerosis, Headaches/migraines.

I was fortunate to work at HHI a world renowned health institute where people from all over the worked come to heal themselves of diagnosis mostly cancers and auto immune diseases. I provided colon hydrotherapy, massage and reiki. Also taught classes on the importance of elimination during detoxification.

Lilly is able to listen to the body and follow what is happening internally. She also brings skills from other bodywork disciplines that allow her to work holistically. She is also aware of how environmental influences affect overall health.

Lilly was wonderful to work with. She radiates warmth and has such an easy-going presence. Throughout the massage she checked in with me on areas of soreness as well as monitoring the amount of pressure she applied. I appreciated all the advice she offered. By far the best massage experience I've had. I would highly recommend working with her. I cannot wait to try additional services she offers!

Lilly was amazing! I received her lymphatic drainage massage and have never felt better. I had swelling in my left leg and ankle. This has been bothering me for months and now I am so amazed that the swelling is gone even after a 4hr flight. I definitely recommend you treat yourself to a massage by Lilly Castro!
