Within the same year she also became a graduate of SNI School of Massage in South Florida. With over twenty years of therapeutic bodywork experience, Lauren specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Medical Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Craniosacral Therapy. 

Lauren has always had a passion for holistic healing and continued her studies in herbal medicine. In 2014 she received a certification in The Science and Art of Herbalism. She enjoys growing her own organic medicinal herbs and utilizing them in her herbal products.  In her free time she enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, paddle boarding and spending quality time with her daughter.

She combines various forms of integrative therapies and her practiced skill to create comforting and therapeutic treatments that are customized for each individual client. She is both honored and excited to share her gifts to help facilitate optimal healing and empowerment for her clients.
