As a licensed massage therapist and 2013 graduate of The Florida School of Massage my goal is to offer a safe space where each client can relax and just let go of the daily stress that tends to build up and manifest itself as physical pain and discomfort in our bodies and prevents us from enjoying life to our max potential. I want each and every client to leave every massage session feeling refreshed, and ready to approach life feeling rejuvenated.
My personal massage style incorporates various modalities into any given massage session including swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and hydrotherapy. I tailor each session with a specific combination of techniques so I can meet each unique set of needs presented by every individual client. I love being able to offer a sense of healing and it is my greatest goal that you feel it in any body work you receive from me.
