Ocala has been my home for the last year and a half, but I’ve also spent time living in Colorado, Kansas, and Australia! I’m a graduate from the Florida School of Massage located in Gainesville, FL. I was trained in a variety of massage techniques and am always ready and willing to learn new approaches to expand my skill set. My favorite applications of bodywork are deep tissue and Swedish massage; however, I also utilize trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, and polarity techniques.
