My certificate for advanced sports was not just to treat athletes but has furthered my knowledge in evaluating and treating specific issues found in daily routines such as joint pains, muscle cramping, trigger points, headaches, sinus issues and many more. As a massage therapist I strive in providing my client with the therapy their body and mind need. This may include mixing modalities, stretching and body movements with massage work. With over 5 years of being in the medical field I found myself wanting to help more than I already was. Being a massage therapist has helped me with this and it continues to be the highlight of my career.

I loved how thorough she was in addressing my problem. She listened to me and my body and I really appreciate that. Next time I come, I would like a little less upbeat music and only b/c I wanted to get up and dance! lol! (I love to dance).
