I was drawn to massage therapy due in part to a almost natural ability I had to ease family members pains in part through massaging the neck or shoulders. This art I have more than fine tuned. I completed an associates of applied science in massage therapy from Rasmussen college in 2011. I went straight to work from their building my practice. My techniques are a combination of stretching, relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial work, Lomi Lomi massage and various other soft tissue work. I tailor my sessions to your needs the combination stretching techniques with various other techniques can help to tame those stubborn pains and get you back to living it up. My work in conjunction with various other health professions has helped to address vertigo, low back pain, numbness and tingling, neck and shoulder pain and knots, sciatica, carpel tunnel, and various other soft tissue related dysfunctions. When not providing optimal massage therapy to my wonderful clients I enjoy time with my family, animals, and plants. I am a bonsai practitioner learning the fine art and loving every minute. It truly is an art that takes patience and time but is very rewarding watching the growth and life that happens as a result of my work. I bring that passion into my practice. I look forward to providing every client with quality therapeutic massage in much the same way and watching as your pains are minimized or subside and you get to grow more in your life. Thank you for choosing me to better your health!

Associates Of Applied Science In Massage Therapy
I completed the 20 hr course on techniques for the hip and pelvis expanding into the concepts as taught by John Barnes. His concepts and work are very profound and have added another level of knowledge to my work. On the subtle techniques that can truly change structures.
This course helped me expand my knowledge of stretching and the mechanics of it all. It provided me with adaptable ways to reach muscles deep within the body through with minimal discomfort through isolating and actively moving them through different ranges of motion.
