My promise to you;
To the best of my abilities,
I will always hold unconditional positive regard for, and create a safe and relaxing environment for you.
I will listen to what your body, mind and spirit speak to me.
There will never be judgement in our sessions together.
** Emotional Release**
Most people who receive massage regularly report feeling relief, a sense of peace or increased relaxation. However, some people may also experience a sudden rush of powerful emotion while receiving bodywork. Whether it is grief, euphoria, anger, fear or sadness, the phenomenon is known as an emotional release. This is not an uncommon occurrence, and will not be judged or dismissed during session should it happen.
"Chronic stress wreaks havoc on our health, impacts biological energy conservation, and makes us less attuned to the need for self-care. When a person encounters stress they form neuromuscular patterns to manage and protect themselves from the situation." - Somatic Experiencing Institute
