My passion for bodywork and helping others began over 10 years ago. I became a licensed massage therapist at Monterey Institute of Touch in Carmel, California. I more recently became specialized in Maya Abdominal massage, also known as Arvigo® Therapy. My office is located near the beautiful Lake Merritt in Oakland, California. I can’t recommend Ursula highly enough! I went in for a prenatal massage feeling pretty crummy with a migraine—and amazingly, it was gone after my 60-minute session with Ursula. I felt better than I had in weeks!

I had a wonderful experience with Ursula. Her massage is firm and strong but not in any way painful. She is a lovely, warm person who conveys a real interest in being helpful according to your wants and needs. The 90 minutes passed so fast!
