My passion for bodywork and helping others began over 10 years ago. I became a licensed massage therapist at Monterey Institute of Touch in Carmel, California. I more recently became specialized in Maya Abdominal massage, also known as Arvigo® Therapy. My office is located near the beautiful Lake Merritt in Oakland, California. I had been looking for a Bay Area massage therapist for several years prior to working with Ursula, and after my first session with her I knew I'd become a regular client. She is an excellent practitioner who is attentive and who takes the time to check in before and after every session in order to effectively personalize the treatments I request and even suggest some helpful adjustments I didn't know about it. She's a gem!

I can’t recommend Ursula highly enough! I went in for a prenatal massage feeling pretty crummy with a migraine—and amazingly, it was gone after my 60-minute session with Ursula. I felt better than I had in weeks!
