The website allowed me to schedule an appointment for a Sunday when the masseuse was not at the location on a Sunday. I waited a substantial amount of time before reaching out to the masseuse. She was kind enough to reschedule for a time when she would be at the location. You need to work in getting the your information correct

I had a 60 minute massage and it was amazing! First off, Lovelyn’s customer service was great making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She’s very knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed the great conversations. The massage felt amazing! Lovelyn made sure the pressure was just right and really knocked out any knots. I left feeling good and will definitely be back.

I've been going to Lovelyn for about 4 years. She gives a GREAT massage -asks/ listens to your needs. But she had to reschedule this appointment twice and then forgot it was supposed to be a 90 minute massage. She is going to make that up to me - but it would have been nicer to have the full 90 minutes yesterday,
