After some years in the corporate world, I felt my body aging prematurely, my mind flip-flopping foggily, and a general sense of dissatisfaction with my work. I found yoga, meditation, and receiving bodywork renewed my physical and mental condition so decided to pursue bodywork as a profession. I began working full time as a bodyworker in 2003 and have been on an inspiring journey ever since.

Anatomy and kinesiology are among my passions, finding their way into my visual art practice as well. I regularly draw from the figure alongside other artists and what I learn in that venue informs my bodywork sessions. I enjoy my own movement and meditation practices including yoga, improvisational dance, and breathing in the forest.
