My journey began with my own efforts to learn how to take care of myself through life examination. This included how to overcome my own interpersonal issues and bouts of feeling unhappy. Despite my successful career and having a family, I found myself struggling with constant emotional ups and downs. There were many feelings of dissatisfaction in my experience of life. Through this exploration I discovered how to take care of myself emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually and also found a sense of peace and well-being. 

I made the courageous decision to listen to my inner voice and stepped into a life of fulfillment and purpose. This meant learning how to choose myself and make decisions that aligned with my truth. Through my experience with Reiki I felt deep healing and decided to cultivate this spiritual practice.

Combining my natural talents, medical education, personal coaching, spiritual intuitiveness and Reiki practice I deliver an intimate setting and personalized one-on-one sessions for my clients. Because of my background and empathic abilities, I have a deep understanding of what people are going through and guide them to their own introspection, self-care and healing process.
