What really kickstarted my start in massage was becoming injured and feeling first hand how amazing and magical a massage can truly be. I attended Globe University in Woodbury for my Massage therapy education. I am board certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) I like to integrate my massage techniques to fit the need of each client. Most of which includes Deep tissue, Sports stretching, Trigger point and John Barnes' approach to Myofascial release. I also enjoy seeing the results of using Hot stones. Pesky headaches, cricks-in-the-neck, and locked shoulders are my favorite "puzzles" to work on. You can find me in the Century Office Park building off I94 and Century. Same parking lot as Caribou, Green mill and country inn and suites.

I come in broken and Mandy fixes my problems! I tweaked a muscle a few weeks ago that didn't get the TLC it needed and over time caused a bit of havoc on my body. One session with Mandy and things are feeling back to normal. Magical!

Mandy zeroed in on my very sore upper back muscles and worked out a pain that had been constant for months. She used a combo of massage and myofacial release to excellent success. I’m now pain free. Thank you, Mandy!

Mandy is great at her craft! After over a year of physical therapy, I decided to try massage along side. I have had better results from the massage than I expected - it's a huge help on it's own and my PT and chiropractor notice how much more they can help because of it! Mandy has taken the time to understand what bothers me most, and which techniques help me most. My scar tissue is softer, my joint moves better, and I'm able to focus on stretching and strengthening!

Her office was really hard to find and I felt alittle unsafe because their was no one else around . I was told to enter the building , find the elevator and take it to the 3rd floor. Her office was the 2nd door on the left but on the corner. It was just hard to figure out. And there was no one to ask.
