Krista Soli, B.A., L.M.T., is a nationally certified, licensed massage therapist and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Krista received her degree in massage therapy from the National University of Health Science in Lombard, Illinois. She also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Holistic Human Development from East Carolina University in North Carolina.
Krista specializes in pain management, chronic injury and deep relaxation, and is dedicated to treating every complaint specifically, thoroughly, and individually. Each of Krista's massage therapy sessions are tailored to the individual client's needs and comfort level, and no one person receives the same massage as another. She views massage as simply another process of communicating with the body, much like vocal intonation, body language, or music.
In addition to practicing massage therapy, Krista also enjoys being part of the massage faculty at the National University for Health Science, teaching Massage for Special Populations and Advanced Techniques.
Krista spends her free time with her young daughter and her husband. She is an avid reader and film buff, and enjoys writing and playing the piano. She loves animals and the outdoors, and has a deep empathy for all living things. She grew up on a farm taking care of a garden, horses, parrots, dogs, cats and inumerous other small animals.
