Muscle Mending Therapeutic Massage has been a labor truely of love.  I spent almost 13 years serving others as a Chiropractic Assistant and loved  helping people on their healing journey.  I am a wife and mother of three awesome children.  As they are mostly grown and self sufficient, it was time for me to grow.  I love studying the body and the ways it can adapt and heal.  I graduated from Universal Spa and Training Academy in Downers Grove.  I contiue to study different styles and techniques every chance I get.  I am currently finishing a certification in Medical Massage Therapy.  My strengths are my ability to tune into what the client is asking for and what the muscles are telling me through touch.  I am so happy to be helping people every day.

Laurel is very knowledgeable. She doesn’t just give a message. She advises her clients on what else they can do on their own to help with their issues. She is more than just a message therapist. She explains how the body works and what she is doing to correct the problems a client has. She educates you while she works on you.
