I graduated from the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, MO in May of 2015. This is the oldest school in the St. Louis area, and the focus is on creating healers for the community. The program taught me Swedish, Deep Touch, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy. I have gone on to learn Thai Massage and develop my Deep Tissue techniques.

REVIEWS for my Bodywork services

Carrie is so much more than a person who gives a massage. Carrie knows how the body works, can find the precise point that if giving you problems and then fix the problem. Sometimes it takes more than one session if you really jack up your body, as I have done on several occasions. But Carrie has an understanding of the way muscles work and can make you feel better -- less pain, more range of motion, etc. BUT, if you're just looking for a relaxing massage and have no pain or other issues... well, Carrie can do that too! I couldn't recommend her more highly!

Carrie is amazing, I refuse to see anyone else but her. I’ve heard the rest of her staff are just as wonderful and all have unique techniques.
