Tara Gatz has been an LMT since 2001 and an NASM certified personal trainer since 2009. Tara enjoys integrating her knowledge of the body into personalized sessions to ease chronic pain and overuse injuries.  Her specialties include deep tissue, advanced Myofascial therapies, infant, child, pregnancy and Swedish massage. In addition she also has been trained in intraoral neuromuscular therapy to improve TMJ and chronic neck pain and headaches. She believes that every body is different and customizes her treatments to complement each individual. Her clients enjoy her confident touch and her fusion of therapies to meet their specific needs.  Tara draws upon her personal training experience to educate her clients about proactive measures that they can impart into their everyday lives to help improve their sense of well being. Outside of the treatment room she enjoys spending time with family and friends, instructing at the gym, cycling, running, hiking and crafting.
